SAP NetWeaver Cloud Tools | Unable to Install for Eclipse Juno

Hi all,

I am trying to install

SAP NetWeaver Cloud Tools for Eclipse Juno - https://tools.netweaver.ondemand.com/juno for Eclipse Juno

But, I get this error.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software being installed: Eclipse Tools for SAP NetWeaver Cloud 1.3.0 (com.sap.core.tools.eclipse.server.feature.feature.group 1.3.0)

Missing requirement: Connectivity Configuration Client Cloud for SAP NetWeaver Cloud 0.6.7 (com.sap.core.tools.eclipse.connectivity.client 0.6.7) requires 'bundle org.apache.httpcomponents.httpclient 4.1.1' but it could not be found

Cannot satisfy dependency:

From: Connectivity Configuration Editor for SAP NetWeaver Cloud 0.6.7 (com.sap.core.tools.eclipse.connectivity.editor.feature.feature.group 0.6.7)

To: com.sap.core.tools.eclipse.connectivity.client [0.6.7]

Cannot satisfy dependency:

From: Eclipse Tools for SAP NetWeaver Cloud 1.3.0 (com.sap.core.tools.eclipse.server.feature.feature.group 1.3.0)

To: com.sap.core.tools.eclipse.connectivity.editor.feature.feature.group [0.6.7]

I have gone through all the items in the FAQ (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28325) and couldnt find an answer.

Can you please help?

    Hi Girish,

Could you check if the "Contact update sites..." check box is selected?

The Install Manager complains that it cannot find the org.apache.httpcomponents.httpclient 4.1.1 bundle. It is not included in the update site of the Neo Tools, but it is available on the Eclipse Juno update site. Therefore, selecting this check box helps the Install Manager finding it.

    Greetings,

    Kaloyan

    Hello Sandeep Tiwary ...

    try this........

1)check your Eclipse proxy settings "Windows/Preferences/General/Network Connections" and when you set them correctly continue by reloading all update sites inside your Eclipse. To do so go to "Windows/Preferences/Install Update/Available Software Sites" - go over each one of the listed sites, select them one by one and press "Reload" button.

If the network settings are correct - yore sites will be reloaded and you can proceed with installation.

2)re-install the eclipse. and i tried to install new software( https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/juno) on eclipse

    3) make sure there are no multiple java platforms on ur PC

    4) most important one is......make sure that ur eclipse folder is in C drive.

if ur eclipse folder is in D or E drive when r installing the HCN,there might be Dependency problems.

    Thanks.
