User settings problem

Hi All,

in FD02 transaction, a particular user say "ABCD" has problem in the COMPANY CODE SECTION, on the CORRESPONDENCE TAB.

If he/she clicks F4 on the ACCOUNTING CLERK field, the system drop down menu is not available. The message is thrown saying that the values are not maintained. But other user can see the values.

The translations are available for the user logon language.

It seems to be an authorisation/permission issue. But is there anything missing in the configuration?

What could be the problem?
