Quire for QA32

Dear SAP,

     I have a quire related to QA32 Screen, When i go to that screen there r some field which i not required so how can i hidden that screen & also want to change the layout of QA32 screen i try but not working So what r the steps to follow..And also while clicking on result recording screen it so only one characteristic, but when i click back button it so all characteristic.So how it possible to see only all characteristic,without clicking back button.

Asif,

• For change layout
  1. After executing QA32, click on 
  2. You will get Displayed columns and Column Set separately with arrows in between.
  3. Select required information field and adjust them accordingly with arrows.
  4. Information under displayed column will only be displayed.
  5. After setting this click on save symbol. Give suitable name and click on green tick
  6. Next time when you execute QA32, give this layout.

• For all characteristic overview during RR
  1. Go to the screen where all characteristics appear. (Pressing back)
  2. Click on
  3. Ensure following.

As per your given setting i am able to do that,but the problem what i face is that if by different user ID i do the result recording the same problem again occur.So how can i default the same for all user ID.Or should every time setting is required or what.

These settings are user ID specific. You need to carry out this exercise individually for each ID.

Hello Asif,

Regarding Layout, you can Change Layout ()Shift+Ctrl+0) function in QA32.

You can add /remove what are all fields from available list and save it. While saving layout you can select indicator-User Specific so that new layout will be applicable to you.

Also, you can put the layout on selection screen of QA32 for your settings.

Try & revert if any issue.

Regarding all characteristics, you can go to Result Recording screen and go to 'User Settings' (Ctrl+Shift+F11) and select "Char. filter" as All Characteristics in 'Default values'.
