How minimise the masthead iview

Hi All,

we have customised the mast head iview and our company logo is big and its occuping more space on the top . Would you pls tell me how can i minimize the masthead iview. I did try to change the logo size but din't work for me. They only option what i think is to provide the minimize links like other iviews in the protal but don't know how.
