A customer of ours gets this error when trying to print a crystal report that executes successfully. I found this note: 1713521
The user is an Administrator on a Windows XP machine. The pc is part of a workgroup. I don't know what else to check in order to stop this error. Can anyone help?

hi Costas,
you may use the Windows XP default Administrator and try if the error still occur. or else you can make new Windows user and make him Administrator and test if error still occur.

Have you checked taking print put on other printer?
This is generally a printer issue........
