FMEA _ Detection Action - Previous Valuation Field

Hello team,

I am unable to enter the value in "previous valuation" of Detection action in FMEA.

Moreover, in case of preventive action, standard system is fetching the value in "previous valuation" field automatically while in case of detection action, its not reflecting nor I can able to update.

Please help / guide. How to make that field editable / system will fetch the previous valuation.
