Batch Determination with FEFO and FIFO

Hello Gurus,

Automatic Batch determination during process order.

In case of Semi-finish material requisition for Active material FEFO(First Expire first out) rule is applied which is configured in the system

But, Other than Active material we want that system should apply FIFO(First in First out) rule.How to do.

    Dear,

    You can achieve this with respect you individual Material as well as shown in the below.

    Step1 :

    create a class named as “CLASS_EXPIRYDATE” of Class type “Batch (023)” and assign a

    standard SAP Characteristics “LOBM_VFDAT – Expiration date, shelf life” to this class

    Step2:

    Maintain the class created under the „Classification‟ tab in the material master.

    Check if this works.
