Hi,
I have requirement to send e-mail when any complaints comes into Outlook. I have configured the ERMS settings.
But i dont know how test wheather the inbound prossing working or not ?
Thanks,
Vimal
Hi Vimal,
You can use the transaction "CRM_ERMS_LOGGING".
For the transaction above you will need to make the follow steps:
You will need to check the work-item number in the transaction SWI1
You will need to check the Document mail in the table SOOD (concatenate of fields “OBJTP”, “OBJYR” and “OBJNO”).

Hi Vimal,
Not very clear on the requirement but you can always cross check if you have done the SCOT settings properly and have define the services under the service Manager profile with proper invoke order .
Did you able to receive the e-mail into SAP system . Check this with the SOIN t-code . If yes then your first hurdle is through and then do check if the automatic workflow customizing has been done properly.
There are lot of threads available for this . Please search a little bit more !.
Let me know if you need any further help !
