CS: DB Driver failed to load Error in SYBASE

Hello All,

I am getting the below error message when I double click on the structure pane of the Universe Designer to add a table or Test the existing connection.

CS: DBDriver failed to load : C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\dataAccess\connectionServer\dbd_ctlib12.dll (The specified procedure could not be found.)

I am able to see the .dll file mentioned in the error at the given location. I am using Sybase and BO 3.1.

What could be the issue?

I feel its something related to the drivers but am not sure. To check the drivers i went to ODBC window, in there I am not able to see Adaptive Server Enterprise, which is there on my colleagues machine but not on mine. I guess its related to Sybase. Is it needed for connectivity?
