There are no authorizations for system status:

You'd have to use userstatus through BS02 to indirectly control the authorizations for TECO and LKD.

The process of creating the customized userstatus is explained in detail by Vivek in the following thread:

http://scn.sap.com/thread/1284289

Now after creating the user status and assigning it to order type in OPJH you need to work with your basis administrator to give authorizations to objects

B_USERSTAT

B_USERST_T

only for certain users:

Hi Jeevan,

as per ur reply i done the settings in BS02, which is

1) Status Num-1,  Status = Lck, short text = Lock, teco allowed, init status is tick, lowest 1,  highest   2,   Position 1, Priority 1, Authorization code - PP_001

2) In Object type, process order is tick

3) In the next screen,  Lock - allowed & no action

Teco - allowed & no action

1) Status Num-2,  Status = Unlk, short text = Lock, teco not allowed, init status is untick, lowest 1, highest 3,   Position 1, Priority 1, Authorization code - PP_002

2) In Object type, process order is tick

3) In the next screen,  Lock - forbidden & no action

Teco -  forbidden & no action

as per the settings, users with auth code PP_002 doesn't have the options to do lock or Teco, if iam not wrong.

But the problem is, Authorization objects B_USERSTAT  B_USERST_T

are not checked in COR2  to restrict to certain users, Let me know the reason

thanks in advance

As far as I know it should work, I suggest you to check with your basis administrator.

Hi,

You can sort out this requirement by using status profile BS02 and also u can restrict the users by using authorization code.

Please check the below link:
