Uncertainty of Product produced

Hi,

What should be the solution to deal with the uncertainty of the product that produced? Product A is planned in order, however the it may ended as product B or C as final product depend on the production quality. I am thinking of B and C as co-product of A as possible ways in this scenario, apart from this is that any standard way to handle this scenario?
