How to get the Webservice output in XML or JSON format in NWDS 7.3?

I'm getting the data from the BAPi's and exposed it as a webservice. We are getting th output in string format. I want the output to be in XML or Json in NWDS 7.3??

Is it possible to get other formats like XML || JSON other than String format please let me know?

Hi Karthik,

you may consider using TCPMON tool.

http://ws.apache.org/commons/tcpmon/download.cgi

The tool will help you capture the xml going to the target web service and xml response coming back from target web service without hampering the functionality.

Another relevant tool to simulate Web Service calls is SOAP UI
