    Hi Vivek,

Go to SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Status Management->Define Status Profile for User Status.

Now you have to create a new status profile assigning all your user statuses. For each user status you can define status number which helps to control the status path ,check whether its is the initial status. You also have to define the low status number and high status number fields if you have assigned a status number for your user status. You can also define authorization codes for each status.

Finally you can assign the required a system status at a particular user status in the field tran. By using this , if the user selects that particular status , the assign system status will set automatically.

      Hi vivek,

While creating the transaction type in SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->Transactions->Basic settings->Define Transaction Types. I guess you might have given some leading transaction category ( like activity, lead or Service order etc). So the transaction will use the category as a prototype and assigns all the profiles defined there.
