How to cancelled trip

Dear Experts,

Now I'm facing problem about cancellation trip as

after I press Cancel system display message "Choose "Delete" and not "Cancel": Trip has not been transferred"

for all trip status (Trip Completed/Trip Approved/Trip Approved and Settled).

Could you please suggest me, how to cancel trip?

However for my scenario Travel doesn't integrated with FI and PY
