Outbound Delivery Not Created using Background button

Hi Gurus,

I am facing the problem in IDES 4.7

I have created a STO

Now while creating the Outbound delivery using VL10B, when I press the Background button though the traffic light is in Green Color

but no Outbound Delivery is created rather a PopUp message is thrown

Parallel processing for delivery generation is active

Wait for next parallel processing, wait for all 1

parallel processing sessions or return to the list by

selecting Cancel

Look at the attachment below

Please let me know whether am I missing any settings

Can this problem be solved in IDES system or not????

Went through the mentioned thread all the steps in the 'User Role' tab is done

He mentioned some note as well, now is it possible to work with the note in IDES????

IDES is a SAP system, and like any other SAP system it is kept alive and up to date with SAP notes.

So u mean to say that in IDEAS we can install the required SAP note

Consulting notes cannot be installed in a system, they have to b e installed in a consultants brain.

Hi as per Dogboys thread I went on to make the relevant changes like

Try setting 'List of blocked documents' to blank.

Try setting 'list type' to '2'

Try deselecting 'Selected items' checkbox.

Then also my problem is not yet solved  do help me in order to get it done

I too have faced same problem once but rectified by ignoring that message & pressing enter button. Lets see what happens in your case?!.

Suman you mean to say that by simply pressing Enter button and ignoring the entire message you were able to continue with the remaining steps ie created an Outbound Delivery.

Above all going forward if you repeat the same process I mean if u try  to create an Outbound delivery for a another STO did you still get the same message or is it permanently gone in ur case???

you message comes depending on settings , check the T CODE VL10CUC, Here check the data select the profile 0002, click on details icon here Max. no. tasks field enter 0 , do not maintain any values , then save after you will check you VL10B ,

maintain this settings, then you will check , that message it will not come .

please check and revert back,

Please check whether in STO, shipping data is maintained or not. shipping data is maintained at item level in STO.

Hi Jammy,

All shipping related settings are in place, no issues with the Shipping data and Shipping Tab aswell.
