Multiple Selections Script Logic for MS (NOSCAN)

Hi Experts, I am updating the default script and wish to exclude two items, as below. Can anyone advise on the correct syntax for multiple selections with NOSCAN and other commands?

Running the script below excludes the entire commit from running, if I just include one then it runs successfully.

This is for BPC MS 7.5.

// Don't adjust F15 for RE account

*XDIM_NOSCAN FLOW=F10

*XDIM_NOSCAN ACCOUNT=3400000

*XDIM_NOSCAN FLOW=F99

*XDIM_NOSCAN ACCOUNT=3499999

2) Any links for guides for script writing? I downloaded the NetWeaver version for review looking for a presentation or training guide.
