All,
Transactional RFC is populating again & again in our ECC System RQ2 though we have deleted the entry from sm58.
Caller Function Module Target System Date Time Status Text
ALEREMOTE IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS BQ2CLNT700 25.06.2012 16:02:05 Transaction recorded
BQ2 is our BW System.
Not able to fix the error.Any suggestion?
you should not delete entries in SM58 in your ECC system.. rather you should process them.
I can see mentioned entry is actually IDoc for BW.. and these should get processed. This may be related to data extraction triggered by BW system.
few things to check :
- Is RFC connection BQ2CLNT700 working.. and is this Registered in SMQS ?? (also to check RZ12)
- Are you able to process any one entry in SM58 manually
- If all are IDocs.. in what status they get stuck.. Check with WE20/BD87.
- Are you able to process with BD87 ?
BD87 > SELECTING IDOC > RIGHT CLICK > PROCESS
- Also depending on IDocs status, they can be processed periodically by running reports. Use them depending on requirement on IDoc status. Check SAP Note/SDN before executing them..depending on your status
Programs
RBDMIDOC - Creating IDoc Type from Change Pointers
RSEOUT00 - Process all selected IDocs (EDI)
RBDAPP01 - Inbound Processing of IDocs Ready for Transfer
RSARFCEX - Execute Calls Not Yet Executed
RBDMOIND - Status Conversion with Successful tRFC Execution
RBDMANIN - Start error handling for non-posted IDocs
RBDSTATE - Send Audit Confirmations
and few more..

I believe there is some periodic background job which is running in your ECC system. Are the entries in SM58 showing any error ?
If any transactional rfc is required for any data transfer between system , SM58 will have entries . Once the LUW is processed in the target , these entries should not appear in SM58 unless there are problems.

Hi Joy,
Just check if idocs are being sent to BQ2CLNT700 . If so please put the message types in collect mode and then process them in one single lot during off hours. However this means that data transfer would get delayed.
