Partners for new created customers in R3

Hello,

I have a strange issue on our CRM system. New customers who are created in our R3 system get correctly replicated to our CRM system. Everything is correct exept that the partner functions are not replicated to CRM. When I perform a manual download of customer_rel for the concerned customers, they are correctly transferred to CRM.

Is there something that I need to activate to get the partner functions automatically replicated when a new customer is created in R3?
