We experience exactly the same problem with our application that we migrated from PB11.5. to powerbuilder classic 12.6 and are running on a Windows 8.1 Enterprise OS..We use the Enable 6.0 translation engine.
Running in development (32 bit) everything works fine. Running the exe (64bit) we see the main menuitems but when we click on them they refuse to unfold.
When we disable the Enable-engine it unfolds running in 64 bit version.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem that would allow us to continue using the Enable translation tool?
