but in plug in status and in system status its red or gray

Please review 1954303 which explains the issue.

This is a known defect which is scheduled for fix in Solution Manager

7.10 SP12, the warning can safely be ignored.

Hi,

I would check the service tools ST-PI + ST-A/PI in those red systems using SE38 and report RTCCTOOL and update them if necessary. I think this is why they are showing red.

Just curious if this has to do with a newer version being available?

I am not really onto a solution here, but I saw the same things in my environment as well.
