Stop committment item posting to G/L

Hi

We want to stop posting of committment items posting to G/L. Is it advisable to use the program 'RFFMDL03'.

This, in reference to RA we are looking into.

    I think program will be useful for deletion. Any best option for stopping the posting of Commitment Item to G/L?
