Currency exchange rate Issue

Dear All,

For expats employee we need to maintaine their basic salary in USD in IT0008 and we have to convert into local currency and pay them.

In OB08 (V_CURR) im maintaining the currency rate from local to USD.

My issue is, Its picking the old currncy (USD) rate that mean the date before the payroll start period or the exact date of start payrol period. My cliet requirement is.. it should be pick the latest record which have been maintaine within the payroll period.

what I have to do for this.Pls giude me
