Error while log in HU2 SAP Systemswith default password

Hi,

I am not able to log in HU2 SAP systems, even giving correct credentials. It keep on saying client name or password is not correct.

This is very first time I am trying to access web systems.

There is an option to raise a message in CA-SOA-SWP, but don't know exact location to log it.

Can anyone in the group help on this.
