Suggestions on IFRS Reporting?

Hi,

Our company is thinking to go for New G/L Implementation in SAP. we are on ECC6.0 I want to understand certain points for it:

1) Can it done in house or we have to have to hire he SAP expert for that. If so, then how much is the approx cost.

2) How can we achieve Segement reporting for IFRS and US GAAP? Can it be done through standard SAP without any external requirement.

3) Is it necessary to get the data migration done from SAP expert.
