BPS Layout on transactional on ODS

Hi Experts,

We are using the BW 3.1, first of all I want to know on how I can create the transactional ODS. The contest menu on ODS is not allowing me to change the ODS from standard to transactional or select it as transactional when I am creating the ODS.

And I would also like to know on any possibility for creating the BPS Layout on transactions cube for updating the transactional ODS or otherwise what is the good way to update the data into transactional ODS.
