SAP Note 521174 does not contain valid correction instructions

Dear All,

while implementing the sap note 521174 ME52N: Deletion of a PReq despite PO getting error msg "SAP Note does not contain valid correction instruction".

AS i checked on google and found i need to import support package and do the correction.i don't have any idea plz let me the steps to do the correction...
