Mapping program is not available in runtime cache

Hi PI Gurus,

We have a scenario proxy to WS (SOAP) Sync scenario. This interface was working in the past in DEV but now we are getting below error:-

MAPPING.NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND Interface mapping

C335B080588311DFBA10FE200AD4959D does not exist in

runtime cache

This same interface is working in quality. I have done the complete cache refresh, activated the mapping again but still getting the same error.

Can anyone guide me for this issue.
