free goods manual ?

Dear sd gurus very good mng

                i have one doubt that generally we maintain condition records in vbn1 for free of goods it means when we create sales order automatically will appear free goods automatically ( ex 10 products 3 products free)

BUT if we want to give manual in sales order like if we give 10 products , 3 products we have to give manual so how we will give ?

if u don't want to maintain free goods condition records (VBN1), then you can give free goods along with main goods, in sales document by manually you can enter which goods you want give free and maintain higher level as main item step no.

You can just change the line item category of that Free Good in your sale order will solve your issue

I think , you can fo to the respective condition type and go to the tab - Changes which can be made - Manual entries and can select appropriate option.
