Compounded Char display

Hi,

When i display 0FISCYEAR char, in my query i am getting a display of XX/2004. where XX is the Fiscal year variant which has been compounded to fiscyear.

My user wants to see only 2004 istead of XX/2004. How should i achieve this. The 0fiscyear has no texts loaded.
