Cannot invoice item due to no serial number.


Hi All

A client is having an issue invoice an item.

It is managed by serial number, but when the item is invoiced there is no serial number to choose and its not allowing a serial number to be created.

Is there a work around?

Im not to familiar with serial numbers, can someone point me in the right direction?
