How to handle this simple user case by MBO

Hi

For mobile user, he has offline copy of multiple records. When he updates, one or more of the backend records could be deleted or modified. According to business requirement, the backend should write this record (from mobile) to another table, and the same time, write error/alert record in alert table and finally, send out email alert ....

I can implement this updating as a web service but no idea how to do using SUP drag/drop from Eclipse plugin.
