Just go through the following note so that you will understand how VPRS is flowing in sale order and billing

Note 547570 - FAQ: VPRS in pricing

Hi Mohan,

VPRS is used in pricing procedure to calculate the profit margin, it is fetched from the Material Master record - Accounting tab -1, It is the Cost price of the material so it wont change from doc to doc.

It is used for statistical purposes, uses the subtotal 'B' and Requirement '4' - Cost price.

Sambit.

Hi,

In sales order and billing VPRS(came from Material master record) is given for the profit margin calculation only. This will be constant in any documents. It will come from MMR only. It does not differs from doc to doc. This condition type has no effect on pricing.

SAY PR00 is 1500

VPRS is 1000

So that the profit margin can be calculated in sales order or billing.

Plz revert me back if any doubts on this.

Bye
