Extracting data Using UD Connect

Dear Experts,

We are going to extract the data from Microsoft SQL Server using UD Connect.

As we know Delta is not possible with the same...is the only way we need to perform Full Update always to the BW System or there

any concept for getting only the chaged records like Delta.

Please provide any valid suggestions and documents if any.
