attandance and absence record are being creating on same date

Hi Friends

my attendance type ON TRAININGand absence type EL are getting created on same date . how can i stop this.

time constrant of Attendance ONTRAINING is " 01" defined where as time constrant of EL is also " 01"

attaching screen short of Time constrant reaction for time management infotype.

please help ASAP
