WEBI Rich Client Working on BO Server Only

Hi Experts,

We have been able to successfully Install BO 3.1 and Integrate the same with SAP BI 7.X version.

All the Tools are working fine on the server machine. The problem comes when we try and connect the Webi Rich Client to the BO Server from our machines.

We have made sure that the CMC is available on the PUBLIC IP.

Also, we have made the relevant entries in the Hosts FILE.

Still when I enter the login details:

<server_hostname>

administrator

<password>

Enterprise

It gives an error as THE IS NO Central Management Server RUNNING.

PLEASE HELP.
