How to filter product based on the country during opening the Quick Create of Ticket Screen?

Hi Expert,

I have a business requirement to filter product based on the country we choose in the Quick create of Ticket Screen but there is no standard Inport for the country field in the standard product OVS.

I am getting the Sales Organisation ID in the inport parameter but there are more than one Sales Organisation Id for one country than how to filter the product based on sales organisation id through inport parameter.

If anyone has implemented this can u tell how to proceed further..

Can you please share me the approach (step by step)? I too have the similar type of requirement to choose Sale Org based on Customer ID.

Hi Abhishek,

With the standard screen you cannot achieve this. There are 2 options of enhancement:

1. Create a new product OVS (Quite Obvious and Lengthy process, but sure shot working and customizable solution)

2. Create country specific product categories for the system and pass the product categories (determined based on COUNTRY selected) as the filtering criteria from QC. It also requires the mass data update for existing product to update the product categories.
