DMS Connector - repository folder in KM

Hi, all!

I have Portal 6.0.9.0.0 and

KnowledgeManagementCollaboration 6.0.9.0.0 (NW04 SPS09)

installed.

Trying to install SAP DMS CONNECTOR FOR KM 60.1 according to guides attached to this package and docs at help.sap.com:

epa, par files were imported

R/3 system in portal landscape was created (R/3 4.7, WP-PI 6.0, Plug-In 2004.1) with user mapping was configured

DMS Repository manager in KM Configuration was created

Problem is:

I do not see \dms folder in KM Content.

What is wrong? Please, help!

Hi Anton,

we had similar problems in our EP6.

Is there any error message in the KM Logs?

I don't know how those error messages should look like.

Another idea would ne to check the Repository Manager.

System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> CM -> Repository Managers (I hope the path is complete here, if not, i guess you'll find it anyway). There should be a DMS Repository manager. Is this one configured correctly?

Yes, there is a DMS RepositoryManager in CM configuration and it is configured according to "Making Settings for mySAP ERP DMS Connector for KM" on help.sap.com (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2004/helpdata/en/32/2a840d132af04fa2f0b31ebf3e8a78/frameset.htm).

Where to find log of this error and how to find string with this error(if it is error)?

Hi Anton,

I would have a look into the KM Logs (.../cluster/server/managers/log/portal/logs/Knowledgemangement.X.log or so), and search for string "dms".
