WEB I error unexpected error,if you cannot reconnect to the server,close web intelligence nd start again.(WIJ 20002)

Hi,

I am geting WIJ 20002 error when i tried to modify or create a new web i report.

we are using

BO XIR 3.1

version:12.1.0.882

I had gone thrgh lot of forums every where it says to check the Java

my java version are

Java 6 update 27

J2SE Runtime environment 5.0 update 15

J2SE Development Kit 5.0 Update 15

one more strange thing is one of our user is geting the same error at office but he his able to create or modify report at his home.

kindly help me out on this
