Hi experts,

we setup our new IT Service Desk.

Therefore I copied the transaction type SMIN to ZMIN.

I can start the web ui and everything is fine.

But now we would like to use the categories (displayed right)

So there is a possibility to maintain categories in an service message on different levels.

But I can't find the way, how to customize the categories.

Can someone please post a guide how to customize the categories to my transaction type ZMIN.
