E-mail profile and ICI

Hello Gurus,

after setting E-mail Provider option to ICI for my e-mail profile for Interaction Center (SAP CRM 7) all buttons on e-mail view are inactive and I cannot do nothoing there. After changing this option to Agent Inbox everything gets back to normal. Am I missing something? Is there any additional configuration that must be set?
