Data source inactive after the upgarde

Hello,

The BI system has been upgarded from SP11 to SP25. After successful SP implementation, the connection has been restored, activated and metadata replicated successfully. But the datasources are all in modified state and thus inactive. The standard as well as custom data sources are inactive.

The DTPs are also missing, though transformations are active.

What needs to be done and is there a program to reactivate the datasources??
