SRM RFx: Change mail subject and content

Hi All,

I want to change the subject and body of the below mail content in SRM.

I am not aware where to change and how to change the below mail content/subject of the mail.

Could anyone help me to do so.

Content:

Purchase request has been submitted for your approval
Please log into e-Procurement system to take an action.
To approve via Outlook follow the steps mentioned below:

Open the specific mail,
Click on "Other Actions" option at the top,
Click on View in Browser and then Approve or Reject

Please note "Functionality not supported via Outlook 2010"
