iDoc won't be sent to XI

Hello,

our developer created an iDoc-Structure.

If I run program by tcode an iDoc will be generated and sent to a defined Port and get status 03 (OK)

But this iDoc doesn't go to XI.

But if I start WE19 and generate an iDoc as copy by an other before here, it goes to XI.

There is no difference on komunication konfiguration.

So here is the question - What is wrong?

SAP: 4.7

XI: 7.0
