PR Transfer from ECC MM to SRM system

Hi Expert,

System Info - SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 701 Release

As per the above link I have configure every thing, enhance the BADI and added BOR's every thing. But when I am checking the the PR after creating in MM and releasing it is not available.

1) Any further setting need to done more?

2) I am checking in Table BBP_PDBEI in SRM system for be_object_id field ?

3) Need to trigger any thing to transfer the PR from MM to SRM?

Please guide me. Waiting for ur valuable help

Please check in SWEL transaction whether the workflow WE53800009 is triggered successfully. Please note after PR approval only the event triggers to trigger the workflow.

If yes then check in XSMB_MONI (ECC system) if the XML is generated and successfully passed to PI.

If yes then check in SXMB_MONI (SRM system) if the XML is generated successfully.

I have check the Event WE53800009 in SWEL it is not trigger. I have done approved and released the PR. Is any thing I am missing.

Dear Farooq,

Please activate the implementation of BADI PURORD_RAISE_EVENT_SE and test again to check the trigger of workflow.

BADI PURORD_RAISE_EVENT_SE implementation is already in active. Should and deactivate and Activate again else should I do any thing further.

I have observed in SWEL - BUS2105      RELEASEDSTEPCREATED      WS90000036   (I think this is for RELEASED of PR)

The BADI implementation should be active only.

The workflow WS53800009 has to be triggered. Please take the help of technical/workflow consultant how the below event should be triggered to trigger the workflow.

Workflow event RFXREQUESTED is used to trigger XML message while creating SAP SRM RFx from Collective Processing of Purchase Requirements (CPPR).

Workflow event SOURCINGREQUESTED is used to trigger an XML message while transferring the Purchase Request (PR) as an external requirement to SAP SRM Sourcing.

If you are using CPPR also check the events in ECC after triggering the call in SRM In case of PDP the events should be triggered immediately after the PR release.

Thanks for the information.

I have created the PR and released it with different levels.

When I go and check in ECC system SWEL tcode I found only one event is trigger for BUS2105

BUS2105 RELEASESTEPCREATED  WS90000036  SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF

BUS2105 RELEASE - Event also trigger but not assigned any WF to should I link any standard WF for this - Check the attachment

But I can't see other event i.e., WE58300009(WF) has trigger.Check the attachment in which I have define in EVENT LINKAGE

WS90000036 is default WF which start after PR is release it seems should we need to write any condition in BADI which we have enhance on this....Please give your valuable inputs

As you are using CPPR the event/workflow will trigger after you pull the PR through CPPR in SRM.

Request you to check that as well.

Hi Farooq,

i am also getting the same issue. No event for sourcing requested or RFxrequested is triggered ?
