DpJ2eeMsgProcess: j2ee state = CONNECTED (NIECONN_BROKEN)

Dear All,

After Backup Restore I am starting SAP then Abap stack is successfully started but JAVA stack is not started.

when Applying License for JAVA through Visual Admin in 77% getting disconnected cannot open connection on host and port 8131

Checking log DEV_DISP getting messages like this.
