Help for LTA and Medical

Hi ,

In the Payroll India LTA I have to display that LTA eligibility value while applying the LTA and value should be non-editable mode so how can I do it?, also in the medical balance its shows me negative values always so where to maintain this value in R/3 so that actual medical balance will be display in the screen when employee look for the medical balance
