How to change Approver workiteam subject line text notification

Hi

Screnario - We are using SRM 7.0 process controlled workflow.

For shopping cart creation approval task assigned to process level -  TS40007953/ TS40007952.

We have 5 levels of approver out of 4 are with TS40007953.

Requirement is for each level of approver the workitem text (main not the description ) will be different and in UWL inbox of approver the workitem header subject line.

LIke EX: Purchasing request DOC no - "shopping cart no" awaiting approval .

Now business want - "Awaiting approval" needs to change with each approval with different text ....like order to proceed , approved to proceed...etc

Don't know how to controlled it even client not allowed me to create custom task .

Hi,

For offline notifications you can use Badi BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI or even the

BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE

BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF Badis

to change the subject via smartform like described in note 1265414.

Yes, agreed but my requirement is if we go to task 40007953 - and in basic Data tab there is a work item text is there . I need to change based on approver . Suppose 1level then the text will be different and for 2nd level its different . But both the approval done through 40007953.

IF your answer is relavant to my description could you please let me know what is the exact procedure?

I went through OSS note but looks its for Deadline alert text not for workitem approval text .
