Roll generation issue via PFCG

Hi All,

I am facing a very rare problem.When I start transaction PFCG and open role SAP_BC_BASIS_ADMIN, the authorisation tab shows yellow status. When i check the authorisation data everything is green there. No open entries. Then I Click ‘Generate’ and I got the message that the profile has been created. But the authorisation tab is still in yellow. When I try to do the "user comparison" it doesn't work. Because of which the role cannot be generated correctly.

Please suggest the possible cause and solution.
