Hi dear

I have problem in deposit screen the filter button on toolbar is disable for one user look into screen http://screencast.com/t/cG6acRm6L6x

He is proffesonal user and have all the authorization.but when i navigate to previous record the filter button in enable but for the current deposit it is disable. When I log in with different user and open the deposit screen the filter is enable why it is happening for one user

Hi,

Can you try to test this issue by setting the user as super user ? So, after set the user as super user, login to SAP B1 again and check if problem solve or not.

Another test is to set the authorization for user to be no authorization for all objects of SAP B1 in general authorization and then updated. Log out from SAP B1. Login again and set the authorization to be full authorization. Then check if the filter table have worked well or not.

If this issue still persists, you can create a ticket to sap global support or upgrade to SAP B1 latest patch level i.e. 8.82 PL06.
