Runtime on Windows 7, 64 bit

When I attempt to install Crystal Reports, Version for Visual Studio 2010, I get a message that says "You must already have VS 2010 installed to proceed with this installation".  If I click OK, the process begins, but then I get the message "SAP Crystal Reports, Version for VS2010 installation ended prematurely because of an error.  It was my understanding that everything that was needed including VS 2010 was packaged in the CRforVS_redist_install_64bit_13_0_3.zip.  Why am I unable to install Crystal Reports, Version for Visual Studio 2010?  I have already installed  CRforVS_redist_install_64bit_13_0_3.

On your dev computer, do not use the MSI, use teh actual install.
